The plumbing for the bathrooms is virtually complete! The bedrooms have been fitted with decorative security grills, and are having fitted wardrobes constructed in each room.
Heather Rostron, Camille Ali and Lisa Joseph made a trip in March and November 2014 to help with the project. Camille and Lisa helped to design the fitted wardrobes for the bedrooms. Heather created a photo diary and is currenly working on some short videos - hopefully we can showcase these here soon.
We gave out shoes, clothes, food and supplies donated by various supporters in the UK to people in Parika. We want to especially thank Beacon Of Hope Ministry in Shirley for donating 2 barrels, these were gratefully received.
We visited Kaiteur falls in Novemeber 2014, which is an hours flight from the capital city Georgetown. Kaiteur is the third highest single drop waterfall in the world.
